Recruitment to the posts of Graduate Apprentice Trainee and Diploma Apprentice Trainee
URSC invites applications for Apprenticeship for one-year training under the Apprentices Act
1961 and amendment Act 1973 in the following Trades from candidates who have acquired Degree /
Diploma in Engineering / Diploma in Commercial Practice from a recognized University / Technical
Board / Institution. The number of positions, monthly stipend and essential qualifications prescribed
for various Apprenticeships with different streams are indicated against each column:-

Selection Process
| The candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of the candidates in the respective
discipline. The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. On successful
completion of document verification, the panel will be drawn based on the academic scores in Degree
/ Diploma in Engineering / Diploma in Commercial Practice. The induction of apprentices against the
vacant positions will be made strictly based on their position in the panel. Selected candidates will be
informed only by email. Candidates shortlisted for document verification are not eligible for
Travelling Allowance.

Application Process
hose candidates who are fulfilling Essential Qualification mentioned above can enroll
themselves in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme(NATS) Portal. The website for
applying for the Apprenticeship Training is
https://nats.education.gov.in
After getting registered in NATS portal, candidate meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria
shall fill the application in URSC Apprentice of UMANG portal. The link for applying is:
