Age
| Max 28 years as on 01/09/26. The upper age limit indicated above is for candidates belonging to General/EWS category. The upper age limit
will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC(NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PwBD candidates
(having minimum 40% disability), relaxation over and above the relaxation admissible for that category. For Ex-Servicemen as per Govt guidelines. |

Salary & Allowances
| Basic Pay Rs. 40,000/- (Pay scale Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000), in addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like
Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay
(PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities and Provident Fund as per the Companys rules will be part of the
remuneration package. |

Selection Process
- Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement will be called for Written
Test (85 marks) for shortlisted candidates based on screening of the application and the documents
submitted by the applicant.
- Based on the Written Test score, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the order of merit in the
ratio 1:5 category wise.
- The list of candidates shortlisted for the Written Test / Interview will be posted on the BEL Website.
Candidates are required to comply with the instructions indicated in the Admit Card.
