Selection Process
- Applications shall be invited from eligible candidates through the advertisement published by
BECIL.
- Applications received shall be scrutinized and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria
prescribed for the respective post.
- Mere possession of the prescribed educational qualifications, experience, and other eligibility
requirements shall not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection process.
- Preference may be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications, superior academic
credentials, additional relevant experience, or any other desirable criteria, as determined by
the Client/Principal Employer.
- BECIL reserves the right to adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including but not limited to
higher qualifications, greater relevant experience, or any other criteria deemed appropriate.
- The list of shortlisted candidates shall be forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer for
further selection process, including interview, assessment, skill test, or any other evaluation
method as may be decided by the Client.
- Shortlisted candidates shall be informed regarding the date, time, and venue/mode of
interview, assessment, or skill test (if any) through registered email and/or telephone.
Candidates are advised to keep their email address and mobile number active and updated.
- Candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer shall be informed regarding their
selection and subsequent formalities through email and/or telephone.
- BECIL shall not be under any obligation to publish or upload interim results, stage-wise
shortlists, or marks obtained by candidates. Only the final result, comprising the list of
candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer, shall be published on the official
website of BECIL.
- The decision of the Client/Principal Employer and BECIL in all matters relating to eligibility,
shortlisting, selection, and engagement shall be final and binding, and no correspondence in
this regard shall be entertained.
