Selection Process
- The venue, date, and other details pertaining to the interview shall be communicated separately and/or
uploaded on the Institutes website. Candidates are advised to visit the Institute website regularly for updates in this regard.
- Candidates are required to bring original certificates (along with ONE set of self-attested Photocopies) of
following documents for verification. Only those candidates whose certificates are found to be in order
shall be permitted to appear for the Interview.
a. Date of Birth (i.e. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate);
b. Qualifying degree (MBBS / MD / MS / DM /M.Ch. / others / as applicable);
c. Valid Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI /State Medical Council;
d. SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwBD certificate - valid for central government jobs;
e. No objection certificate from current employer (wherever applicable) at the time of Interview;
f. Completion of tenure and passing proof
g. Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport etc.)
h. Any other relevant document.
- Competent Authority of AIIMS, Rewari reserves the right to:
i. withdraw this advertisement at any time without assigning any reason to this effect.
ii. Increase / decrease the number of posts at the time of selection and make appointments accordingly.
iii. fill or not to fill up the advertised post for any reason(s) whatsoever.
iv. draw up reserve panel/waiting list(s), which may be used for appointments on consequential/new acancies.
v. consider applications received after last date.
vi. place reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for written test and/or interview, as applicable.
vii. decide criteria/procedure for short listing of the candidates which may include screening test of qualifying nature.
- After filling available posts all remaining otherwise eligible candidates called for interview shall be kept
in the waiting list, if any, which will be valid till 31.12.2026 or till next recruitment whichever is earlier.
Any vacancy arising because of non-joining by selected candidates in this selection or by resignation of
candidate(s) who had joined after selection in this session may be offered to the candidate from the
waiting list according to his/her merit/category.
- Final Result will only be available on AIIMS, Rewari website at https://aiimsrewari.edu.in/.
- The candidate must submit registration with MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council/DMC, as applicable, at the time of joining the post after selection.
- In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the Executive Director & CEO of the Institute shall be final in
the matter of selection of candidates and no appeal will be entertained in this regard.
- Selected candidates must join within 15 days or on or before the date stipulated in the letter of selection,
failing which the selection shall stand cancelled/withdrawn.
- The selected candidates must bring the original documents for verification at the time of joining. Without
original documents, no candidate is allowed for joining.
- The rules are subject to change in accordance with the decision of the Institute to be taken from time to time.
- All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of a Court of Law at Rewari, Haryana/ High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
- Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board.
- Selected candidate may have to work in shifts and can be posted at any place in the Institute at the
discretion of the Competent Authority.
- Private practice of any type is strictly prohibited.
