PG STUDENTS.
MTRDC is involved in Research and Development activities on High Power Microwave Systems and
THz Technologies. MTRDC invites applications from students (Indian citizens) with excellent
academic record for the Paid Internship for a minimum period of Six months. Application are invited from eligible final year students pursuing
under-graduation/post-graduation in engineering/science in the prescribed format, latest by 15 Jun 2026 , for the various disciplines:-

Selection Process
MTRDC/DRDO shall offer Paid internship to students with good academic record with 75% &
above marks (or ≥ 7.5 CGPA) from AICTE/UGC approved College/Universities.
Principal/ HOD of institution should send a request letter for Paid Internship for their highly
deserving meritorious students only.

Application Process
Applications are to be sent by Speed Post (as per the format attached with the Advertisement). On top
of the envelope student should clearly mention “Application for Paid Internship” further
mentioning the “Branch Code” for ease in segregation of applications addressed to Director,
Microwave Tube Research & Development Centre (MTRDC), Defence R&D Organization, Near
Bharat Electronics North Gate, Jalahalli PO, Bangalore-560 013
