The application should be filled-in and submitted Online in the HTMS portal (the online Application form
will be available on the Link: https://himsrecruitment.odisha.gov.in/home) from 11-05-2026. Online
application complete in all respects along with supporting documents to be submitted by 15-„06-2026 (mid
night). The hardcopy of the application (submitted online) along with all relevant documents must be
sent only through Speed Post to reach the
office of the Registrar, Odisha State Open University, At-
Badsinghari, P.O- Goshala Chowk, Sambalpur, PIN-768024 (Odisha)
