Mode of Application
Selection Process
1. Screening Committee Review: During application screening, the committee may identify areas requiring further clarification.
2. Virtual Meeting Invitation: The candidate will receive a virtual meeting invitation to discuss specific details in their MyPage/Email.
3. Open Communication: The virtual meeting will provide a platform for transparent dialogue, allowing candidates to provide additional information or explanations as needed.
4. The candidate will be expected to come prepared to attend virtual meeting as per communicated date and time. Failure to attend this meeting will be treated as candidate
being "non-responsive" The candidates cooperation will facilitate a smoother screening process and accurate assessment of their credentials.
5. Screening Scores: The scores obtained during the screening stage will not be used for the final selection.
6. Interview Invitations: Shortlisted candidates with top 10 scores for one post will be shortlisted to be called for interview (if 02 or more candidates have same score, all of them will be
invited.) Thus, in such cases, number of candidates to be called for interview for one post may be more than 10. If, no. of post are more than one in any category, the number of top scores
which will be used for shortlisting will be in multiple of ten i.e. 20 for 02 posts, 30 for 03 posts and so on.
